Rock Star Mailbag: Carabao English and Sablay na Comments Edition

Here at When Baduy Happens, we always have our interns reading our mail for us - including the emails we get from the Yahoo! Groups of our favorite bands. Yown nga lang, minsan sumasakit din ang ulo nila sa pagbabasa kasi hindi minsan nila masikmura ang baluktot na English ng ibang mga listers dito. Alam ninyo naman na sosyalin and well-educated ang mga interns na kinukuha namin dito, kaya VERY IMPORTANT sa kanila ang proper use ng English grammar. So, para hindi na sumakit ang ulo ng mga interns namin, ilalagay namin dito ang mga favorite letters namin... and by "favorite" we mean "yung talagang nagpapa-high blood sa amin sa sobrang pagka-ewan." LETTER #1: NATUTULOG BA ANG DIYOS?

Good day !

Alam na naman siguro ng lahat na ka-(blank) si (band member) sa (blank).

At bilang isang (toot-toot) nito,he is then aware enough of the CHURCH's LAW-ang hindi pakikipagtipan sa sanlibutan. Kung alam nya lang na sobrang tinitingala siya ng maraming kapatid sa (name of church), at pangit yatang pakinggan kung totoong sila na nga ng close friend nyang (starlet)... sana lang (blank), maging handa ka sa mga consequences pag nagkataon... but if ever... wala na man talaga tayong magagawa mga mahal na kapwa (kagrupo) !

...ngunit kahit anong mangyari,,patuloy kang kasama sa mga panalangin namin [snip] you surely will meet someone, someone who doesnt just loves you when your naked... eheheheh! MAY OUR FAITH BE MORE CONCRETED.

LETTER #2: CRIMES OF PASSION

i'll file cases against (same person as above)
the case are:
robbery(for stoling my heart)
illegal possession of cuteness

and (same as above) you are guilty
so you are hereby sentenced to LOVE ME FOREVER and dat's an ORDER!!!

LETTER #3: SPEECHLESS

your new songs was awesome. Its a little bit more funkier and more sympathizers and [percussion instrument #1]!! wooohooo!!. . thats right!! my very very good comments [snip]

(Sablay na comment sa song #1): WOOOOWW!! awesome!! unique the only song with no
guitar playin" that i have ever known and with new [percussion instrument #1] and
[percussion instrument #2]!! Its just a touch of pure dance yo!

(Sige,inglisan pa to sa song #2): ...and i think its with a touch of U2 sound on the chorus part. It reminds me of a U2's song.

(Sablay na comment sa song #3): [Band] likes a song that they will mentioned all the subjects for that topic [snip].... ahaha the question is aswerable by a song.ahahaha!

(Concluding statement):
hope [band] would appreciate it and think of this as an acceptable comment because for me their is no negative comments bcoz its a deceiving songs.thanks!!

LETTER #4: MAALAALA MO KAYA?

Its been a long time...I was surprised to you guys. Cguro d nyo ako natatandaan, I was a classmate from [name of school]. And its very surprised that everybody up there rigth now! I am now here in [overseas for a certain amount of time],when I heard all of you guys unbelievable.I remember the days in highschool our 1st concert , we won at inter CHOIR competetion, ang cute cute nyo pa non. ang gwapo gwapo p ni [band member #1], [band member #2] ganun pa rin wlangpagkakaiba. cguro d nyo n natatandaan [snip]....Kakainggit kayo di hamak mas magaling akong kumanta s inyo.
